Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All of our products are handmade with attention to detail when ordered. We take great pride in the quality and functionality of our products. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipment from our home office in Georgia. You will receive a tracking number via email after your order is shipped. We ship via USPS First Class so please allow an additional 2-5 days for your order to arrive. Although these are our standard dates, most orders arrive much faster. 

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all of our items are made to order we do not accept returns, but we will be happy to accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery of your unworn pieces. Please note that all sale items, custom pieces, and earrings are final sale.

Shipping:

• Orders are processed and shipped out within 3-5 business days

• Exchanges on unworn, unaltered items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item.
• Items returned are eligible for exchange only.
• Sale/clearance items, custom pieces, and earrings are NOT exchangeable, they are final sale. 
• Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
